## Our Story

In the summer of 2025, a group of builders came together with a shared frustration: getting the **best, most comprehensive answers from multiple AI models** was far harder than it should be. We spent hours comparing outputs from ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, DeepSeek, Gemini, and others—then manually cross-referencing with Google Search to fill in gaps. The results were good, but the process was exhausting and error-prone.

A turning point came after a discussion on the _All-In Podcast_ (Episode 183), where industry leaders pointed out the inefficiencies of relying on a single model. The idea was clear: what if we could **merge, refine, and enhance the work of many models into one superior answer?** Sup AI was born from that vision.

## Why Sup AI?

The name comes from the mathematical concept of the **"supremum"**—the least upper bound. Just as the supremum defines the highest standard, Sup AI is designed to be the **upper bound of AI research and reasoning.**

Instead of depending on one model's perspective, we unite the strengths of many. The result? Answers that are **richer, more reliable, and more complete** than any single AI can provide.

## The Team

Sup AI is built by a small, driven team that bridges **AI research, software engineering, and data science**. Notable members:

- **Ken Mueller** - Founder and Lead Engineer. Ken leads the development of Sup AI's core algorithms for multi-model fusion, entropy-based reasoning, and real-time collaboration.
- **Margo Mueller** - Data Science Intern. Margo works on algorithmic evaluation and causal inference analysis for Sup AI's "Thinking Trace" system, contributing to the research that underpins our fusion models.
